The Ivy Elite Mentoring Program is a diversion program. Our team support youth and adults in and out of correctional and prison facilities under a Department of Human and Health (DHHS) order. WE bridge the gap, we take the load off your case managers and work with you.

Services include support programs in:

• youth correctional facilities

• mental health facilities

• drug and alcohol facilities

• residential DHHS facilities

• youth refuge and homeless facilities

• One on one fitness

• Group fitness.

Please note, we operate 24/7 including public holidays and weekends. 

Our aim is to address the underlying reason for offending and keep our client’s in the community. This program remains the preferred choice for case managers and the youth services industry. We provide updates weekly via telephone calls, case notes and Care Team Meetings.
