The Ivy Elite Mentoring Program was founded by Mr Godswill JNR Washington “Jay”, a qualified high-performance Conditioning Coach and ex-pro Athlete.

Jay grew up in South London. At a young age he found a role model who provided support, life-coaching and mentorship.

Exercise became a core focus of his and this dedication and ongoing mentorship set Jay on the right path. It was this firsthand positive impact that mentoring had on his life that led Jay to support and mentor vulnerable youth and adults.

So, the Ivy Elite Mentoring Program started. For over ten years, The Ivy Elite Mentoring Program, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered, has supported youth and adults in and out of correctional and prison facilities in Melbourne, Australia. We have extensive experience in dealing with people who have intellectual and cognitive disabilities and display “high risk” behaviour.

Jay and team understand the concerns and issues faced by our clients as well as the challenges the youth services industry face. We deliver a customised and evidence-based approach to address the underlying reason for the young person’s offending. In most cases, they can remain in the community.
